I have been going through and setting up and testing the BES 5.0.1 on just myself and left the current users on the old server. My question is where in the IT policy is the setting for appending disclaimer? I can see how to set it up per user but I want to set it globally. I know with the web desktop management the user can set up the Prepending and Appending message disclaimers. I have been through the policy but can not find the appending setting.

In BAS, on the Servers and components menu, go to BlackBerry solution topology - BlackBerry Domain - Component view - Email.
Click the one that you want to change.
Click Edit instance.
On the Messaging tab, in the Messaging options section you should see it.
