Hi guys,

Got an issue with Blackberry Professional Software with the user sat at Initalizing. I have tried removing the user and readding but this has not helped.

Using BPS: 4.1.4.17
Exchange 2007
Device Manager: 4.2.2.7

In event Manager recive the following errors:

Tried to activate the device with the device attached to the server but it could nto activate due to the user not being registered with the blackberry agent.

May advice guys?

since the agent isn't running, the user won't register with it (the second error).

restart the server. the agent for whatever reason has restarted the max number of times (which u should look into why as well) thus it is probably no longer running. by restarting the computer it will reset that counter and allow it to start (given there is not an underlying issue causing it to continuously restart).
