Default BPS User Initializing error

Please Login to Remove!

Hi guys,

Got an issue with Blackberry Professional Software with the user sat at Initalizing. I have tried removing the user and readding but this has not helped.

Using BPS:
Exchange 2007
Device Manager:

In event Manager recive the following errors:

The description for Event ID ( 20406 ) in Source ( BlackBerry Controller ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: 'FTPSRV01' agent 1: will not restart - reached the maximum of 10 restarts per 24 hours.
{User Display Name} RPC command failed - no connection to BES Agent
Latest Log entry:

[30000] (12/15 16:57:08.454):{0x1174} [Alarm::ActivateAlarm] Queuing alarm: <N/A> | BlackBerry Controller (Application Event Log on FTPSRV01) | 12/15/2009 16:57:08  (AFFF4FB6) -> EventID:afff4fb6'FTPSRV01' agent 1: will not restart - reached the maximum of 10 restarts per 24 hours
[30000] (12/15 16:57:08.454):{0x1184} Alarm::ThreadProc: Received an alarm message
Tried to activate the device with the device attached to the server but it could nto activate due to the user not being registered with the blackberry agent.

May advice guys?

since the agent isn't running, the user won't register with it (the second error).

restart the server. the agent for whatever reason has restarted the max number of times (which u should look into why as well) thus it is probably no longer running. by restarting the computer it will reset that counter and allow it to start (given there is not an underlying issue causing it to continuously restart).
Two months ago, I saw a provocative movie on cable TV. It was called The Net, with that girl from the bus.
