Default how to download all exchange mails to Blackberry?

Please Login to Remove!

I've been searching for the answer but to no avail.
After activating the Blackberry 7230 on BES 3.6, the new BB starts getting new MS Exchange email wirelessly. I am trying to download all the existing emails in user's exchange Inbox into the new BB but can't find the way to do it.

How to mirror all the emails in Inbox to Blackberry?

Thanks a bunch.

Other than resending everything, you can't do that.

With BES 4.0 you have e-mail Pre-Population which will grab a configurable number of e-mails.

So I need to upgrade BES from 3.6 to 4.0 to have that feature. Thanks.
