I am going to get a hosted BES server when I get my Bold 9700.

Vodafone are trying to "bundle" BIS into my package too, at a cost of £5 per month. Do I need it?

I will want to receive email from other accounts (POP/yahoo etc) on my device, as well as the hosted BES email. Does the hosted BES automatically give me this capability? i.e. is BIS incorporated into BES?

It would be silly for me to pay for the same thing twice (Vodafone BIS + hosted BES) if the hosted BES gives me everything I already need.

It might be even worse, then you are thinking:
1. you need BIS, otherwise you wont receive pop/imap mail on the device
2. you might need also Vodafone to enable BES service, which will be another thing to pay for (I dont think the BIS service has the same price as BES might be something like another £20).

you can make sure meaning of "bundle" BIS.
without "bundle" BIS, can your BB doing browse ?

1. BIS
2. BIS + BES
3. BIS + BES + BES Hosted.
