Default BES Server hanging at bootup

Please Login to Remove!

recently replaced hardware for BES server, backed up DB from old server restored it on new server, now when new server boots up if BES processes are set to automatic server hangs at "applying computer settings" on bootup, If you change the processes to manual, server boots up no problem and I can manually start processes and BES funtions as normal.
has anyone seen this?

Set services at manual and repair your BES installation. I had this same problem yesterday with a 4.0SP3HF3 Domino Environment and saw the same thing on a BETA 4.1 Environment.
