Default Delegate task to Helpdesk - BES 4.1.6.10

Hello All,

I am planning to delegate the basic Blackberry task to IT Help desk agents. I understand that we can get this done by assigning appropriate Roles. And I identified that rim_db_sr_helpdesk role will fit the requirement.

My question is how to Add an active directory based security group into this Role?

You have to add the individual users.

One caution, since our SQL database uses Windows permissions...and our Help Desk techs are domain admins...if they have access to BlackBerry manager and NO role is configured, it will default to Security Administrator!
