Default New BB activiation

Please Login to Remove!

I'm sure there is a very simple way of doing this just as I'm sure I'm not looking in the right spot.

Being new to BES, I have never activated a BB phone before, so this increasingly hard since we now use BES 5.0.1 and a lot of the doc's I am find are based on BES 4.x.

This user is replacing his older BB with this new one. So how do I add this phone & do a enterprise activation??

Thanks.

Set the user up with an enterprise activation password.

Have the user go to Option > Advanced Options > enterprise Activation and input their email address and the password that you setup for them.

Let it activate over the air.
