Just wondering if anyone can provide a link to Blackberry's site, or to Microsoft's site, where either vendor states that there needs to be ping times of less than 35ms between the BES and the Exchange server. I've seen that referenced a lot of times in this forum and on the forum at Blackberry.com but I have never seen it publicly published from either vendor (although sometimes searching either site is an art unto itself). I'm working on a document for my boss and need a vendor statement, not something informal from a forum. Thanks!

Believe you me, it makes a HUGE difference once the ping time between the BES and the messaging server exeeds that threshold too.
