I have browsed though the documentation as well as the tech notes @ blackberry.com support. I see references to the BB Tab but never explictly refereing to Exchange 5.5 (with the AD connector).
If you can help me, I would appreciate it
in BES, remove the user and readd them. You will have to assign an activation passsword again. then tell the user to activate the new BB using the email address and password you just created. The users PIN will remain 0 until he/she activates the BB.
