Default Contact sync problems

Please Login to Remove!

Hi there, I have a strange problem with one user with BB 8900. I wanted to enable him contacts wireless sync so before to do it I checked how many contacts he had on BB . To do it I looked in Contacts -->Options -->Desktop and I noticed that he had 116 entries, but he really had more than 800. Anyway I enabled wireless sync but only this 116 contacts were synchronized to his Lotus client. Anyone have seen this before? Thanks in advance

Regards

The Desktop[SYNC] service book is corrupt and not synching correctly. Was there another item there under Contacts-Options that says UNKNOWN? If so, there's your corruption.

Backup the Address Book, wipe handheld, remove and readd to the server, and reactivate from scratch. Should fix it.
