I hope someone can help me dissect this error message. I am getting it multiple times daily for one single user on my BPS.

Here's my network setup:
SBS 2003 w/Exchange 2003
BPS 4.1.4b installed with on 7 users in the system

Here is the event from the EventVwr:

Does anyone know how I can find more information about this error? Google searches didn't come back with anything regarding my issue. And, btw, I have had no complaints from the user about any BB functions failing.

I have reloaded the Service Books and IT Policy from the server and I would like to avoid reloading the BB completely.
