| BESAdmin - Administrator Rights Please Login to Remove! I am installing BES Express on a SINGLE Server 2008 DC, running Exchange 2010.
On page 17 of the "Install and Config Guide" it states "Verify that the (BESAdmin) Windows account is not a member of the Domain Administrators group in Microsoft® Active Directory".
On page 23 it states "...(to) install the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server components on, you must configure permissions for the Windows account that you want to use..." and then suggests BESAdmin needs to be a LOCAL Admin.
As you likely know, as of 2003 Windows Domain Controllers can not use Local Accounts. This is a problem.
Do I make BESAdmin a Domain Admin or not? Is there some other option or interpretation of the instructions. I am missing?
Thanks in advance.
