Default Cannot setup new user - BES 5, Exchange 2010

Please Login to Remove!

We are running BES 5 on a Server 2003 machine.
We are using Exchange 2010.

Everything is working absolutely fine with one exception - I'm trying to add a new user to our Blackberry server and it just keeps on failing.
And I don't know why!

Here is the Event Log item that refers to the user:
I've replaced the actual users username with the word username in the log below.

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: BlackBerry Messaging Agent BLACKBERRYUK Agent 1
Event Category: None
Event ID: 20400
Date: 5/7/2010
Time: 10:05:12 AM
User: N/A
Computer: BLACKBERRYUK
Description:
{username@aminocom.com} MAPIMailbox::MAPIMailbox - OpenMsgStore (0x8004011d) failed, MailboxDN=/o=Amino Communications/ou=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)/cn=Recipients/cn=Martin Warren0a72dbff, ServerDN=/o=Amino Communications/ou=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)/cn=Configuration/cn=Servers/cn=UK-SWA-EX01/cn=Microsoft Private MDB

The user has an AD account and a mail account on the Exchange 2010 server.
I've added this user to the BES and then tried to activate a device for him.
The activation message gets to his inbox and stays there.
The Above event log is then generated.

Anyone have any ideas?
