Default Reset IT policy

Please Login to Remove!

Hello,

I tried to search on the forum but didn't find. I know you can delete the security IT policy with JC Cmnder but that's only working on PC and i tried on my eeepc and it doesn't seem to work. DO you know another way to do that?

I actually got a mac and a eeepc it would be far more easier on mac but pc is allright.

Thanks for your help.

Welcome. Check out http://www.blackberryfaq.com; one of the FAQs is on how to remove an IT Policy. A bit complicated (the jl_cmder resettofactory is much easier) but this method also works.

Moved to the BES Admin section.

Exactly what are you trying to do? Are you trying to delete the IT Policy from the BB? Using a PC and/or a Mac?

Did you read this? Remove IT Policy - BlackBerryFAQ

And is the device still connected to a BES? If so the IT Policy will be pushed back. Plus you stand the chance of losing your job by trying to circumvent an IT Policy.

I got two majors problems:

-I don't wan't any password
-I can't watch video on youtube / make any tweet on twitter...

It seems linked to the IT policy but am not sure.

BES is a corporate BlackBerry server, something that a company set up so the employees can get their company mail on the BlackBerry.
