Default Activating Devices Problem

Dear All,

i have recently a problem while activating any blackberry device over air. I have BES 4.1.6. When activating any blackberry device, the calendar is only synchronized. I have to connect the device to the laptop while logged in to user's profile to sync the address book and other stuff. Is it a problem with the BES server? Nothing has changed with the server when this problem appeared.

Check for mail rules. If you have rules moving new messages out of the Inbox the messages will not make it to the BlackBerry.

thanks. it is not an email problem. emails come usually, but the device is not fully synchronized.

So what exactly is NOT sync'ing? Go through the PIM Sync on the BES and check if the two-way sync is switched on for contacts, tasks etc.
