I'm having a licensing porblem with my BB Pro 4.1.17 server. I have four licenses with three users. I can't add the fourth user. The error is that I don't have enough licenses. The license manager says I have four available and four used. But I have only three users listed.

I tried the osql command at the command prompt, but received an invalid entry. Restarting the Blackberry server didn't help, either. I'm assuming this is because I'm running BB Pro on SBS 2003.

Might need to get SSMS express and look at the tables to see if a user is stuck in the DB.

Actually, restarting the entire server resolved the problem. I thought this was already done, but evidently not.
