When I try to install the MR3 update for BES v5, I receive an error that states:

"the installation source for this product is not available"

Some resources are saying you have to delete the program and re-install and then apply the MR.

I am hoping there is another way to solve this problem so I dont have to bring the BES offline.

The second work around here:

FIXxxx58; Error message when you try to install a large Windows Installer package or a large Windows Installer patch package in Windows Server 2003 or in Windows XPxxx58; xxx34;Error 1718. File was rejected by digital signature policyxxx34;

fixed the problem for me. HTH
