Cool BES 5 and additional contacts

Please Login to Remove!

OK, I moved from Domino and 4.1 BES to Exchange and 5.0 BES a few months back. Sorry if this is a dim question, but I am still getting to grips with Exchange.

I have access to lots of people's contact folders in exchange (well, I have Full Access to their entire mailbox).

In BAS, the only set of contacts that show up under my Message Settings/Email page are my own.

Why can't the BES see all the other contact folders I have in Outlook? I have probably missed something really obvious here...
