I've been asked to upgrade our current BES enviroment to a version that will allow some of our users to view office 2007 documents. Can i upgrade straight to version 4.1.6 or do i need to do a upgrade on our current version ?

It has been better to upgrad to sp7 on 4.0 and then upgrade to 4.1.

YMMV, have a good backup before proceeding.

That what i thought after reading all the post's on the site. It's on a Virtual server, so we'll be taking a copy before we start anything!

WIll i be able to update our current version to service pack 7 maintenance release 3? or will i need to run some of the previous updates?

you have to update to SP7 for 4.0 first.

then purchase the uprade to 4.1 and apply it.
