Default Installing BES Express 5 Core Comps greyed out

Please Login to Remove!

I'm trying to install BES Express 5 onto a Windows 2003 SP2 x64 server running Exchange 2007 SP1.
It is not a domain controller and doesn't have terminal services installed however the core components screen is completely greyed out. I've tried everything to get this to install to no avail.
I know you cant install it when TS is installed which is why i checked, Terminal Services Licensing & Terminal Services Manager are both unchecked in add/remove windows components.

If i run the installer anyway leaving the greyed out items, the installer says the O/S is Microsoft Windows 2003 Terminal Server SP2!

Any ideas?

You will need to create a BlackBerry database manually or apply the proper permissions in SQL so the BESAdmin service account can create it.
