Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

I have a bold 9700 registered on a blackberry enterprise server.
I can successfully send emails on the blackberry with the email account, but cannot received emails.

Anyone ever come across this?

Moved to a more appropriate section.

Have you tried a battery pull on the BB? That should be the first troubleshooting step.

Since you are on BES, have you contacted your BES Admin? That should have been the second troubleshooting step.

Did you check the "Folder re-direction" for your account on BES. If not, please check it.

Goto BES > Right click your account > select "choose folders for re-direction"> and make sure that "inbox" is selected.

Also what version of BES do you have ?
