I have just dived on to bes5 user / organizer data synchronisation & turned off synchronisation to addressbook, tasks, memos. Where is the option for calendar to turn off wireless sync on bes for the user?

IT Policy > PIM Synchronization Policy Group > Disable Calendar Wireless Synchronization = True.

Also, keep in mind that you can not enable it after you disable it via the IT policy. You can remove the Policy from the user, but the calendar wireless sync will still be disabled. The user will need to enable it from the device.

Basically I have 6 BES's and 3 different exchanges. The CDO.dll do not match up on the BES and Exchange. Some of the users are not getting calendar sync. I am out of the office till next week and they are desperate for calender sync. So as a short term fix till I can get back in and match them up I have set them up with desktop manager to do a wired sync. However, it kept erroring saying that it was still wirelessly set to sync. So...went on the bes5 user / organizer data synchronisation & turned off synchronisation to addressbook, tasks, memos. I just couldn't find out where the removing wireless sync was. On the handset he had it turned to off on the wireless sync.
It's just a short term measure till I can get the CDO.dll matched again on all the exchanges and the BES.
