Default BES - Lookup failing & SLOW sending

Hi Folks,
BES 4.1.6.9 Server 2003, Exchange 2003
  • Reply gives me red clock (not X) and is delayed by several hours.
  • GAL lookup times out eventually

Receiving is fine

I am Domain Admin.

BesAdmin account is as per best practice

Any suggestions?

Your Send-As permission has been revoked.
A BES user can't be a domain admin. Remove your AD user account from that group, and any other protected AD groups. Wait 20-30 minutes then reapply the Send-As permission to your account.
