BES - Lookup failing & SLOW sending

Hi Folks,
BES 4.1.6.9 Server 2003, Exchange 2003
Reply gives me red clock (not X) and is delayed by several hours.
GAL lookup times out eventually
Receiving is fine
I am Domain Admin.
BesAdmin account is as per best practice
Any suggestions?

Your Send-As permission has been revoked.
A BES user can't be a domain admin. Remove your AD user account from that group, and any other protected AD groups. Wait 20-30 minutes then reapply the Send-As permission to your account.
