Default Nokia on BES - 07-22-2010, 04:29 AM

We have had a new user join our firm who is blind.
Her last employer supplied her with a Nokia E61 connected to their BES with Blackberry connect. I have now been asked to set this up on our BES.

My colleague has bought a Nokia E71 and asked me to 'sort it on the BES'. So far, everything I have seen tells me this is not possible.
I have searched for Blackberry connect but every web page I find is from 2008 at the latest.

Does anyone know if it is possible to add a Nokia to a BES and if so how it is done.

Thank you.

Call me crazy, but I don't think a Nokia would be compatible with a BLACKBERRY Enterprise Server

I don't think BB connect is available any longer, at least I haven't seen anything about it for quite awhile now. Plus, it only worked with a some devices, not all. Don't think the E71 was one of them either.

You need a BB to connect to BES without BB Connect.

Did you try a search?
