Default CallHelper process keeps CPU at 100%

Please Login to Remove!

Hello all,

CPU of BB server is on 100% load since 2 days. This is caused by calhelper.exe processor.
We are using BES 5.0, OS: Windows Server 2003.
Exchange version is 2007 (separate server).

What can I do ?

Do you use current MAPI 8165?
Then it is a known issue.

Workaround maybe to go back one MAPI version (8147?) ...

thanks for the quick reply and yes,CDO.DLL version is 6.5.8165.0.
How to go back to another MAPI version ?

Uninstall the current version and install the old version.

How installing another version affect BES ? Also, if I install another version that I'll have different versions on Exchange server and on BB server. Will this have any effect ?

Look on the compatibility matrix. If it is supported, it should be no problem.
