"Messaging configuration" in the "Manage users" screen of BAS

Default "Messaging configuration" in the "Manage users" screen of BAS

Has anyone noticed that, on the "Manage users" screen of BAS, there only seems to be one option for "Messaging configuration", which is called "Default configuration"? I can't find where I can create others.

Anyone have any ideas?

I'm wanting to allow certain users only to access their subfolders but can only find the settings in the "default configuration"
