Default How to get older folder history - Besx 5?

Please Login to Remove!

I have now activated a few devices but I have found that the maximum pre-population is 14 days or 750 messages.

Obviously we want all folder history so how do I get it in there? I think I must be missing something small somewhere?

You're not missing anything.
14 days/750 messages is the maximum for message pre-population.

You don't get the rest. You get a maximum of 14 days/750 messages. That's all the history you get for a newly activated device.

So what you are saying is there is no other way to get any older message than 14 days old into the folders (other than from this day forward)? If so, that's a shame because my managers want their full outlook history.

That's what I'm saying.
Your managers will not get their full outlook history. The BlackBerry simply doesn't work that way.

Bu99er! I thought I read once that if you copy stuff out then back in it would reconcile them.
Oh well, at least they have something much better than when they were on BIS.

If device is on OS 4.5 and higher, you can do a remote search.
