Exclamation Email Reconsiliation Issues After Transfer

We just built a new server running the BES v5.

We had some users in a different office and we moved them over to the new server to centralize operations.

Everything went smoothly but some users are having email reconciliation issues.

When they read their email in exchange, it does not reflect on their devices at all. I know it can take anywhere from 10 - 20 minutes sometimes but that is not happening.

I had the user update software and re-activate onto the server and the issue is still not resolved.

Does anyone know of the issue that is taking place and how to address it?

Does "Reconcile Now" on the device work?

how about a force reconcile on the server for the user?

Neither seem to work. I had user force reconcile on his device and it nothing happened.

Weird thing is before we transferred him from older server, everything worked fine.

Only (1) other user transferred so far is experiencing the same issue.

BB are T-Mobile 8320

We did not shift users from one Exchange Server to another. We just put them on our new BES Server with same environment as before the transfer.

Am I looking at this article the wrong way?
