We just built a new server running the BES v5.
We had some users in a different office and we moved them over to the new server to centralize operations.
Everything went smoothly but some users are having email reconciliation issues.
When they read their email in exchange, it does not reflect on their devices at all. I know it can take anywhere from 10 - 20 minutes sometimes but that is not happening.
I had the user update software and re-activate onto the server and the issue is still not resolved.
Does anyone know of the issue that is taking place and how to address it?
