Default Delete contacts and resync

Please Login to Remove!

I have a user who's contacts on his BB are not quite right...dual entries, wrong info, etc. Is it possible to delete the contacts on just the device and then have BES resync it with his contacts in Exchange?

We have Exchange 2003 and BES 4.1.6.

Thanks!

On the device, go into the Address Book, press menu button and choose Options.
Highlight the 'Desktop' contact list and type r s e t

(Depends on the OS and model of the device as to whether this feature is available.)

Duplicates only exist on the device.

So did the r s e t do its job?
It should have wiped all your contacts and resynced from Exchange.

This command has worked well for me in the past. It also works on the Calendar of the device.
