Afternoon!

I was wondering if anyone knew how to create a custom Policy.bin file. Here is the situation:

A group of 100+ people are going to drop their PAGERS for BlackBerry 8520 devices. We want them to be restricted to only email, but dont want to pay our hosting company the per user charge to put them on a BES. We intend on using BIS/POP to get the mail to the devices, but we want to do a one-time load of an IT Policy. My plan is to upload the Policy.bin file into Desktop manager, similar to the way that we use a blank policy.bin to remove an IT Policy.

My only holdup to executing this is how i can generate said populated policy.bin file. I've tried searching, but blank ones are all everyone talks about ;)
