Unhappy OCM 2007 Icon Missing

Please Login to Remove!

I have attempted several times to down load the BlackBerry Client for use with Microsoft(R) Office Communications Server 2007(TM) v2.1.19 without success. The BB goes through the process and downloads the app, and even shows it under the app list but I have not been able to find the icon in an folder on the device. I have a BB bold 9700 v5.0.0.330. Anyone have any ideas on how to solve this problem?

You're using an incompatible version of the Enterprise Messenger client.
You need version 2.5.20

Where can I get this version? Would my administrator need to provide it?

You can download the install files from blackberry.com, but if your BES administrator has deployed this app via software configuration, then you'll likely need to speak to them first.
