Hello,
is it possible to connect a blackberry ,that is activated on a BES, to a private eMail account(in Germany for example gmx, o2, web.de etc.)?
If yes can I avoid using private email with a policy on the BES??

Thank you very much.

Stefan

it is possible to use a BIS account with BES activated device.
Question is your company blocking it with IT policy? Ask your BESAdmin.

And read this. IMHO, never a good plan to mix personal and private info on a company issued BB.

What can a BES Administrator “see” on my BB...

What can my BES Admin see on my BlackBerry handheld ... ??? - Port3101.org : Your BES Connection

What does BES see; what can be tracked/logged? - Port3101.org : Your BES Connection

What can a BES Admin actually look at on BB?
