Default CDO error and Calendar sync issue

Please Login to Remove!

Hello I am trying to setup Enterprise Express to sync with exchange 2010. Emails and contacts are working but not calendar sync.

I am getting this error on the imestest.exe utility.

user3: CreateInstance failed (0x800401f3)
user3: CDO test failed
user3: Active Directory permissions test completed successfully

I have "Messaging API and Collaboration Data Objects 1.2.1" installed on the blackberry server.

Do I need to install CDO on the exchange server too? I am not sure whats going on here.

This problem is probbily do to different version of the cdo.dll present on your BES server and on the Exchange server.
If you upgrade the dll version on your BES server and restart the service the problem will solve. For upgrade the dll use microsoft update, it should found some Exchange server updates if there is the cdo.dll file. In case it can't find any update copy and register the dll on the BES server.
