There's no solution, because this isn't a problem.
The message is self explanatory.
O2 has certain wireless bundles available for OTA deployment, however they aren't for any of the devices you currently have activated on your BES.
For example (and this is just an example) they might have an OTA package available for the 8900 with source OS 184.108.40.206, but if you don't have any 8900's activated on your BES currently running OS 220.127.116.11... then there's nothing to do.
OTASL is very specific. Not only does it care about the carrier and device model, but it looks specifically at the OS currently running on the target handheld.
