Unhappy BES Express Server, changed physical NIC, can no longer login.

Please Login to Remove!

Hello, after much trouble Installing a BES Express server ( I have had a perfectly running server for months for about 10 users. Today I go to login as admin to web desktop manager and I get the following error upon login:
Not Blackberry enabled

You are not BlackBerry enabled and can not proceed in the BlackBerry Web Desktop Manager.

Contact your system administrator to enable you as a BlackBerry user.

Communications enabled, no devices connected

I am logging in with BlackBerry Administration Service credentials as admin.

Two things stand out as possible causes, one not very probable. The server this is running on is our exchange server (2007 on 2008) and it had a nic card hardware failure over the weekend. Dell came and replaced the motherboard and attached nics. I then re-teamed the 4 GB ports. The only other thing, and more probable, is I caught up on all windows updates on 7-25-2010 that were released since 4-9-2010.

I also started getting an error when I try to "Edit MAPI Profile" in the BlackBerry Server tab of the BlackBerry Server Configuration. It says:
The MAPI subsystem cannot be correctly initialized and used. Please make sure MAPI is installed and configured properly
I do have MAPI 1.2.1 installed and previously configured and working.

The weird part is my blackberry users are all still getting messages. I just need to add another device and cannot get into the interface. suggestions?
