I have read the posts that say that BIS and BES Express (BESX) are not a good idea on the same BB. However, I am still required to do it for my boss.

BES =
BIS =

I can receive all the emails from both BESX and BIS, my problem comes when I need to reply to an email. Replying from emails received through BESX works fine.
BIS emails allow me to hit reply, but when I try and send there is no option to send.


All emails come in to the same box on the home screen, can anyone help Please?

I do not own a blackberry myself and therefore not very proficient with them.

delete and re-send the BIS Service Books.
