Default Revive a dead 8800? On BES

Please Login to Remove!

So I've got a completely dead 8800. Would anyone know of a way to revive it? Can I somehow still recover the data?

The client is going to get a new phone now, but I'd like to get his stuff off, as he is on a BES but he doesn't have a mailbox on exchange, therefore no synch?

My only guess is age. The guy keeps it at his waist in a holster, and there's very little cosmetic damage to the phone.

I've dropped my 9700 multiple times on concrete and been lucky not to break the screen or anything.

I pulled the battery and plopped it into another 8800 and it was working, so it looks like a brick now. :(
