Default S/MIME and PGP encrypted message with attachment unreadable

Hello,

I have got BES 5.0 and two devices. One with 5.x software and second with 4.6 software. According to documentation, 4.6 software should support reading of PGP and S/MIME encrypted attachments. However, I cannot decrypt messages with attachments on the 4.6 device. The 5.x device can decrypt just fine and on the desktop are the messages also decrypted well, only 4.6 software has some problems.

Does anyone know why is it so? I add a log output from my BES:

{Test BB/CZ/RFERL} Failed to decrypt PGP/MIME message
{Test BB/CZ/RFERL} No identifiable PGP packets for decryption or decompression
