Default signature on BES

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

Have a BES subscription and have tried to send a signature automaticly with my sent mails but it does not work.

Went to options and swith to yes and than created my signature but is just don't seem to do it. Don't know how to solve, this is very inconvenient

Anyone has had the same problem? Any solutions please?

Thanks and regards
Hans

Hans, welcome to the forum.

How do you know the signature is not sent automatically? Did you send it to yourself or someone within your organization? If so, try sending to an email address that is not yours and not affiliated with your company.

I worked for a company in the past that only allowed a name and phone number between BES users, while outside addressees would get the entire signature with corporate title and all contact info (saving server space).

Another option is to create a signature as Autotext. Options>>> Autotext>>> BB menu>>> New. Then create your signature however you want it.

Moved to more appropriate section. Edited title.

Maybe talk to your BES Admin first?
