Default BES - OK to install on Server 2008 R2 64bit?

I'm having a little difficulty finding the "System Requriements" for BES.
I can find them for Express Server, but not the full-blown one.

We're currently running BES on a Server 2003 machine.
Exchange 2010

Server is now 4yrs old so due for replacement.
Any reason why we cannot run BES on a Server 2008 R2 64bit OS based machine?
