Default Stuck Update download

Please Login to Remove!

We just recently implemented a BES. During the testing phase we noticed that some of our devices had different device software version. Wanting to be able to manage this from the BES we setup a software configuration to push the new device software to the BBs. We started with mine and my other techs 8530s. I got the update but the following happened.

1. The update was stuck saying iit could not contact any update server using any methods. (It listed nothing)
2. We reverted all IT policies back to default on the BBs
3. Restarted My 8530 and not instead of a red X on the Update icon I have a green check.
4. Now is says Downloading and it's stuck at 0%

I have tried reconfiguring/removing the software configurations without success. Restarting the BB also. How to I stop this download?
