Default Blackberry Ent. Transporter - Profiles didn't migrate, User accounts didn't transfer

Please Login to Remove!

I am attempting to use the Blackberry Enterprise Transporter (Version for 5.0.1) to migrate Blackberry user accounts form our current 4.1.6 MR7 BES to our new 5.0.1 BES.
I performed an initial migration about a month ago to test the transport process and to establish an initial group of test users for the new server. The initial migration went smooth and without issue.

After assuring the migration was successful and allowing time to confirm the new server and migrated devices were stable, I attempted to initiate the next series of device transfers using the same transport tool process. This time the Transporter indicated the preview and migration were successful without any indication of error. I attempted to confirm the account status and discovered that the devices did not appear in the BAS user list nor did the Profile DB appear on the new BES. The State DB did migrate to the new BES though.

The BES accounts plus State and Profile DBs for the migrated users were deleted form the original server as expected, but not proberly migrated to the new BES.

Has anyone experienced this problem or heard of a resolution. I have a tsupport call into RIM. I've provided configuration DBs and logs for their review, but still have no resolution. I want to resolve the problem so my migration grace period does not expire for my SRP ID.

Also, we use Lotus Domino and are currently on 7.0.4 FP1 HF97_w32.

Any help or direction is greatly appreciated.
