Well, not everyone, but we have seen quite a rash of devices that have various problems (most commonly, can recieve mail but cannot send, get the red X, or the MAPI service is gone, and so is the Send command on the device) that are all resolved by re-running the Enterprise Activation. We used to get maybe one of these every three or four weeks and I have had 3 today alone. What kinds of things can cause the devices to lose their way like this?
BES 4.0, E2k, Win2k, 500 users.
