Having issues with a Blackberry Storm and BESxpress running on Server 2003 R2 which is getting access to Exchange from a seperate server running Server 2003 R2.
We have a network policy locked down to prevent facebook, myspace, and twitter access using OpenDNS. Our end user is somehow getting this policy on their phone. When we go to an IP lookup website, it is showing our company's IP.
The user just wants their calendar functionality. We haven't had any luck with Blackberry syncing on our Exchange server, so when Express came out, we figured we'd give it a try. There are no policies besides the default policies in place. Our end users with BlackBerrys only need email and calendar access, so we don't care what content they access since they are their personal phones.
Does BESx, by default, route all 3G traffic through our company network? Is there a way to disable that so all internet traffic goes through the carrier?
Thanks in advance. |
