I am trying to test using BB Web Desktop Manager in BES 5 to do OS updates. I am able to get it fully configured and a software configuration properly applied to a specific user i'm using to test with but I keep having one issue. When the application loader loads for the OS upgrade through the web interface it keeps erroring out saying that the OS isn't compatable with the users blackberry. He has a Sprint 8530 and I downloaded that software from RIM so I know i have the right OS for the right handheld. Is there something i'm missing?
