Post Where can I get self-learning resources of BES?

Hi BES experts,

I'm exchange support, and want to learn about BES.

I have downloaded official documents (5.0.2) in the RIM website, they're all about introduction and deployment.

As I'm new on BES, so I would like to learn from the beginning (101). The materical on the RIM's webpage is the best I can get?

Is there any other resources for beginner?
