Default Upgrade and Migrate BES w/ Exchange 2007

Please Login to Remove!

Ok, so I just took over for a guy that just walked out and no one knows anything about how BES was set up.

He is what I am working with and what I am looking to do.

We currently have BES installed on an AD server (which we need to retire). I am looking to migrate it to its own (VM) server and upgrade it to 5.0.1. We are currently running exchange 2007 on a different server and only have about 7 people actually using Blackberrys.

Like I said I have no Blackberry experience and sort of got thrown into the fire here, so any help, documents, etc that anyone can point out for me would be greatly appreciated.
