Angry Error in BES activation

Please Login to Remove!

I was connected to the BES server using my details and password. The number was ported to a new provider and BES activated. The activation was then reloaded and the following error message apperas when trying to re-activate "An error occurred. The e-mail address or password may be incorrect. Please contact your System Administrator.". What is causing this problem?

was an EA password set? they expire after you u complete an EA or after a defined set of time, 48 hours by default. this is also different than the security password used to lock your device.

No new password was generated after first activation. I will have this reset and try again. Thanks

You will have to have your BES Admin reset the activation password from the server before you are able to connect.

Use a different activation password. Sometimes when you get in a rut and use the same password it sometimes will not activate.
