Hello-
We are running BES for GroupWise 4.1.6. I only have one user saying he's not getting his emails synced as quickly as he normally does..now it takes about 15 minutes to get his new emails. I'm not sure if this may be a problem or setting on the device or if it's something related to the BES server..however, I haven't heard from any of our other 100 users. Any ideas on what to look at?
