Anyone on a BES have BB Bold's that get a Red X when trying to send an email.
Lately users are having to go to Manage connections and uncheck the Verizon network and then check it back on to restore service or pull the battery to reset.
We recently upgraded abour 40 phones from BB 8330 Curve's to the BB Bold phone. Seems like every other day they are not connected?!
Any known problem or fix?
